Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat first 7 ingredients together, then add remaining dry ingredients and mix together.
    It's best to beat by hand.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
