Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium zucchini, sliced
    14 oz. can tomatoes, drained
    4 green onions, chopped
    1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. sweet basil
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook the zucchini in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
    In saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter until soft.
    Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Transfer to a lightly buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
