Cranberry Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 (8 to 12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. walnuts
4 drops red food coloring
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and mix in sugar and mayonnaise.
Stir in cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and walnuts.
Fold in Cool Whip and food coloring.
Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan.
Freeze until firm.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 8 to 10.
