Knock Your Socks Off Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb. 7 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 (1 lb. 13 oz.) cans peeled tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. jalapeno peppers
    1 1/2 lb. New Mexican peppers
    2 large bulbs garlic
    4 large white onions
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 oz. ground coriander
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Chop everything that isn't already liquid or dust; bring it to a full boil, then can it.
    Makes 9 to 10 quarts.
