Santa Fe Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups water
2 cups minute rice
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup thick, chunky salsa
Preparation

In a sauce pan bring the water to a boil and stir in the rice, beans, salsa.
Cover with lid and remove from heat.
Let stand 5-10 minutes.
Yield 4 servings.
