Surprise Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and roll into small balls.
Dip into confectioners sugar.
Place on cookie sheet.
Flatten.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0
oven for 10 minutes.
