Broiled Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. crushed dried basil
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium potatoes (1/4-inch thick slices)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Stir together butter and spices. Place potato slices in a single layer on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
    Brush butter over both sides of potato slices.
    Broil about 5-inches from the heat for 8 to 9 minutes or until potatoes begin to brown.
    Turn potatoes with wide spatula.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil for 4 to 6 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
