Smoked Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon, removing any skin and bones.
Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Chill several hours.
Combine pecans and parsley.
Shape salmon mixture into an 8 x 12-inch log and roll in nut mixture.
Chill well; serve with your favorite crackers.
This is best when made a day or two ahead of time and kept tightly covered.
