Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 small bell pepper, diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 large can stewed tomatoes or Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rice, onion, pepper and celery in oil.
    Stir in chili powder and salt.
    Pour in can of tomatoes and water.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Turn on low heat until done.
