Jiffy Shrimp Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cleaned shrimp
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Place soup in skillet and pour boiling water over.
    Cover; bring to boiling.
    Stir in rice, shrimp, celery, green pepper and seasonings.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Just before serving, add almonds and olives.
    Serves 4.
