Strawberry Bread (Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. cut up strawberries (fresh; if you use frozen, thaw and drain)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine beaten eggs and oil. Blend the dry ingredients and egg mixture until just moistened. Fold in strawberries and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans or 1 large pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Check for doneness.
    Let cool. Delicious and can be frozen!
