Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups raw grated zucchini
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add sugar and oil to eggs.
Mix well and add zucchini.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into two 5x9 inch loaf pans that have been greased.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
