Cheese Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. picante hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix flour and cornmeal.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture.
    Mix together and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
