Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw cranberries
    1/2 orange
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    sugar to taste
    1 c. pecans
    1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
    Clean cranberries and put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
    Use orange rind; add pineapple, sugar and pecans.
    Use juice from pineapple and cranberries to dissolve gelatin, adding water if necessary to bring to 2 cups.
    Mix gelatin and cranberry mixture.
    Serves 8.
