Birthday Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour; beat.
    Put in a well-greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
