Golden Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oats
1 c. chopped apples
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Stir together flour and allspice.
Combine oil, sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour mixture and oats.
Stir in apples and nuts; spread in greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done by toothpick test.
