7-N-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    5 medium potatoes, peeled, salt and peppered
    1 qt. green beans (with juice)
    1 can carrots (with juice)
    1 can corn (with juice)
    1 1/2 lb. raw ground beef, salt and peppered
    1 qt. tomatoes
Preparation
    In a 5-quart pan, greased, place items in order. Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Serve 6 to 8 people.
