Creole Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sliced okra
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. minced green peppers
1 Tbsp. oleo
3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Saute okra, onions and green pepper in oleo 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes.
