Chicken In Parchment - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Chinese parsley
    1 tsp. green onion
    1/2 tsp. hoisin jeong
    1 pinch salt
    1 c. fillet uncooked chicken, cut in 1 inch squares
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in bowl.
    Marinate for 1 hour.
    Wrap each piece of chicken in 2 1/2-inch square piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil with all loose corners tucked in.
    Fry in deep fat 5 minutes.
    Serves 3.
