Buttermilk Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda to yeast.
    Heat buttermilk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0.
    Add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in more flour to make soft dough.
    On floured board, knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise until double in size.
    Punch down.
    On floured board roll into 2 circles. Brush with margarine.
    Cut each into 12 triangles.
    Roll up each. Seal.
    Put on greased baking sheet and curve.
    Let rise 1 hour. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
