Pudding Pumpkin Bread(Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 pkg. coconut pudding mix
    1 tsp. each soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Puritan oil
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 full size loaf pans.
    In a large mixer bowl sift flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Stir in pudding mix. Make a well in center and add beaten eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin and vanilla.
    Beat on medium until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Do not overbeat.
    Fill the pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Will make 6 small loaves if you wish.
