Low-Fat Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (8 oz. sugar-free/fat-free)
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) no-fat sour cream
    1 box reduced-fat vanilla wafers
    3 bananas
Preparation
    Mix together pudding, milk and sour cream. Layer Pyrex dish with cookies, pudding and then bananas with pudding as top layer. Garnish with Cool Whip if desired.
