Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil.
Add flour, salt, baking soda and powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add zucchini and pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pans until about 2/3 full.
Makes 2 loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
