No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. instant rice
 
6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can each cream of chicken and cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
- 
                            Place rice in 13 x 9-inch dish lined with aluminum foil.
 
Add chicken.
Combine soups and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Seal foil securely over dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Can also be cooked in slow cooker all day.
