Water Whip Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put shortening in mixing bowl.
    Add boiling water and milk and whip with a fork until all liquid is absorbed and a thick smooth mixture is formed.
    Sift flour and salt into shortening whip and stir quickly into a dough.
    Pick up and work until smooth.
    Yield: pastry for a two crust pie.
