Perky Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thawed hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
pepper to taste
1/2 c. minced onions
2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pour melted butter over potatoes.
In another bowl, mix rest of ingredients except corn flakes.
Stir in potatoes.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and pour over 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
Toss thoroughly and spread over potato casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
