Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped fine
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cabbage and green peppers.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Pour over slaw and freeze.
