Unbelievable Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    8 oz. Velveeta
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese in pan over low heat.
    Stir constantly. Mix in vanilla.
    Pour over mixture of powdered sugar and cocoa in bowl.
    Mix quickly until well blended.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pat pecans over top.
