Chicken Terrapin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. mushroom soup
2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
2 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can pimentos
4 c. cooked chicken (3 1/2 lb. chicken)
Preparation

Thicken the broth with the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the remaining ingredients.
Stir easily and keep warm until ready to serve.
(It is good to be frozen for later use.)
Serve over noodles or rice.
