Heavenly Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water; cool to room temperature.
    Add oranges and juice.
    Chill until quite thick.
    Mix sour cream and Cool Whip; fold into Jell-O mixture.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish.
    Sprinkle coconut over top.
    Chill until set (about 3 hours).
