Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
3/8 c. sugar
1/4 lb. melted margarine
4 1/2 oz. lemon gelatin (1 1/2 three oz. pkg.)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. honey
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (12 to 13 oz.) can evaporated milk, well chilled
Preparation

Blend wafer crumbs, sugar and melted margarine and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then chill until firm.
