Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grape jelly
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    5 lb. spareribs
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook ribs until tender in water and 2 tsp. salt.
    Drain. Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Mix all other ingredients together.
    Heat over low fire until jelly is melted.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Coat the ribs well with sauce; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Keep adding barbecue sauce until all is on meat.
