Marinated Beef Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. crushed oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 boneless beef shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
    6 medium mushroom caps
    2 small zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
Preparation
    Combine oil, vinegar and salts, oregano and pepper in a saucepan.
    Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand until cool.
    Place meat in a shallow pan.
    Add mushrooms and zucchini. Pour marinade over meat and vegetables.
    Cover or seal. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
    Alternately thread meat and veggies on skewers.
    Grill over hot coals 10 to 15 minutes or until done, basting often.
