Korean Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. low-fat chopped beef
    2 stalks chopped green onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 to 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into meat loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 50 to 60 minutes or until no juice is seen when pierced with fork.
