Divinity Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts
Preparation
    Cook sugar,
    Karo and water until syrup forms hard ball in cold
    water.
    Beat egg whites until they will cling to bowl when upside down.
    Syrup and egg whites should be ready at the same time.
    Add
    syrup
    to
    egg whites slowly, beating all the time until
    it
    will
    stand
    when
    dipped
    with a spoon onto a plate. Add nuts.
