Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 potatoes (skin on), washed and sliced thin
1/2 onion, sliced thin
2 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 c. nonfat cream cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place potatoes, onions and carrots in shallow, large baking dish.
Blend cream cheese and milk in a blender.
Pour over potatoes.
Grind black pepper on top.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
