Lemon Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pork chops, loin or rib (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 thin slices onion
2 thin slices lemon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Heat oven to
350\u00b0.
Trim excess fat from chops.
Place chops in ungreased
baking
pan
8 x 8 x 2-inches, season with salt. Top each
chop
with
1
slice
onion, 1 slice lemon, 1 tablespoon sugar
and 1 tablespoon catsup.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and
bake
30 minutes.
Uncover, baste chops and bake until done, about 30 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
