Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over 9 to 12 sliced peaches in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over batter and pour 1/2 cup water over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
