Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2 c. light brown sugar (1 box)
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in sugar, syrup and salt on medium-high heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Then remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Put popcorn in large baking pan.
    Pour caramel over corn and mix. Turn into shallow pan and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Take out and spread on wax paper until cool.
