Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 med. stalks celery, chopped
    1 sm. onion, chopped
    1 med. carrot, sliced or chopped
    1 pkg. cheese-filled tortellini (about 20 oz.)
    8 c. chicken broth
    3 T. butter
    4 c. water
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 t. freshly grated nutmeg
    2 T. chopped fresh parsley
    Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a covered 6-quart Dutch oven, cook garlic, celery, onion and carrot in butter over medium-low heat about 10 minutes. Stir in chicken broth and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and stir in tortellini. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tortellini are tender.
