Cornish Game Hens A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cornish hens
onion
butter
1 small can frozen orange juice
white wine

Preparation

Halve the 2 hens.
Place 1/4 of green onion under each half and dot with butter.
Place in greased baking dish.
Pour orange juice, thawed, and equal amounts of white wine (use juice can for measuring) over hens.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn up oven for a few minutes to brown.
