Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. Domino sugar
    1 c. generic cream
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Spread margarine in Teflon pan.
    Add sugar and cream, then add chocolate and let this mixture reach a temperature of 235\u00b0 on medium heat.
    Remove from stove and add peanut butter and vanilla. Place pan in 1-inch of cold water and whip candy until it begins to thicken.
    Spread into a buttered dish.
    Slice when cool.
    Makes 12 pieces.
