Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
5 eggs
1 qt. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture.
Pour in melted margarine.
Add milk and vanilla; mix.
Sprinkle top of custard with nutmeg.
Makes 2.
