Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1 large green pepper
    1/2 c. parsley
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can red peppers
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Clean and wash shrimp; fry in hot oil.
    When they turn pink, add minced onion, pounded garlic and ground pepper; allow to cook slightly.
    Add chopped parsley, ground red pepper with its liquid, tomato sauce, ketchup, bay leaf, wine, salt, Accent, ground pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
    Allow to cook for 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat.
    Serves six.
