Kelley'S Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. finely chopped yellow onion
1 to 1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation

Coarsely chop (with a knife or grater) the cabbage.
Cook and rinse the noodles.
Melt butter in a large deep skillet or large saucepan.
Add paprika, garlic and onion.
Add cabbage.
Cook slowly until the cabbage is cooked (15 minutes).
Stir in cooked noodles.
Cook and stir until mixture is hot.
Cover; let set 1/2 hour.
Warm and serve.
