Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stack saltine crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish, greased well with margarine.
    Mix crackers and melted margarine.
    Spread cracker mixture over top of other ingredients. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly and brown.
