Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
1 c. milk
Preparation

Melt the butter in saucepan.
Blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Heat until mixture bubbles.
Add the milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook rapidly until sauce thickens.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
