Herbal Power Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. nonfat milk or soy milk
4 oz. cranberry juice
3 Tbsp. protein powder
3 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 frozen banana
5 ice cubes
honey to taste
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Makes one serving.
