Sweet-Sour Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 stalk celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small jar pimento, diced
Preparation
-
Add ingredients to 1-quart jar of well drained sauerkraut. Mix well and put in jars.
Leave upside down for 24 hours.
Keep refrigerated.
