Strawberry Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. apple pectin
1 c. strawberry juice
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Bring pectin and juice to a boil.
Add sugar and boil rapidly to jelly stage.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses.
Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes or according to sealing directions.
